This is an Extra Care assisted living scheme. It consists of 91 one or two bedroomed flats and a communal village area comprising library, craft room, woodwork room, IT suite, shop, coffee bar, restaurant, fitness suite, sauna, laundry, and indoor village street complete with indoor bowls. Barrie Beard Ltd designed and installed the electrical installation.
